Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal
When I think of breakfast comfort food, I immediately think of baked oatmeal. I've made so many variations of baked oatmeal and each one never fails to taste like dessert! Yet, each one is filled with simple and nutritious ingredients. This peanut butter banana oatmeal makes me feel all warm and cozy inside while reminding me of the days where I would eat copious amounts of PB and banana sandwiches!
